How do I ask for YPC‘s help? Anytime from 8am - 11pm we have healthcare professionals available to take your call and help you with any health questions or concerns you may have. We will discuss your concerns and send a clinician to your home if needed.
How does YPC use my health insurance? Any time we order a lab test. a diagnostic study, or a prescription medication. The information, that is needed by your insurance company, will be supplied. YPC services are covered by your annual fee. Our fees may be applied towards your insurance deductible or payable through your Health Saving Account (HSA) if you have one.
When I am away from Southwest Florida how do I use YPC’s services? We are always just a phone call away. We can address your health care concerns quickly (usually the same day) and get you the orders/prescriptions anywhere in the United States. If outside of the United States we can still answer questions, give advice, or offer a second opinion.
How often can I call YPC? As often as you like. We will answer your questions and take care of your health concerns whenever needed. Call us early and often it’s all part of the service. Please do not wait until you’re really sick before you give us a call.

What do you mean healthcare in minutes not days? When you call most physician offices, you receive their next available appointment, this could range from two days to two weeks. YPC will have you talking with a healthcare professional within minutes and can generally have someone to your home that same day, if needed.
What is Concierge Medicine? Some of the benefits of concierge medicine include: - A practice that limits the number of patients the physician cares for. - Expanded hours for better patient care. - Increased time available for each patient. - These services are part of the annual fee.

What happens if a patient needs to go to the hospital? A patient may use the hospital they prefer, either Naples Community Hospital or Physicians Regional. Both hospitals use hospitalists to manage patient care, in addition to various specialists. Dr. Paul does visit you in the hospital and is your advocate while you are there.
Is YPC best for snowbirds? YPC can work well for snowbirds, but we also have many patients who live in Collier County year-round. If you do not have a primary care physician locally, we want to be your primary care physician. We provide Peace of Mind for your health care concerns, wherever you live or travel.
What care plan do you recommend? Choose the plan that fits your family and yourself the best: - Our Platinum Plancovers virtually all care between 8am till 11pm, unlimited health care calls and questions, unlimited home visit, elective surgical physical consults, care for visiting children and grandchildren, and a wellness plan all at no additional charge (By far our Best Value). - Our Gold Planis more economical. It offers the same service as our platinum plan, but there may be some small additional fees if a person exceeds three home visits in a year, makes regular phone calls to YPC after 6 PM, needs a elective surgical clearance, or needs help with visiting children and grandchildren. - Our International Planare for individuals who spend six months or less in the United States. They have the exact same benefits as the platinum and gold plan for a reduce fee. We are unable to order test and prescription medications outside the U.S.
If you need a specialist, can YPC help? YPC has relationships with many specialists in Collier County. We can provide guidance or required referrals to specialist in the area.
I am planning on traveling outside the United States or Canada how can YPC help? The Center for Disease Control (CDC) provide recommendations for traveling outside the United States and may suggest certain vaccinations. YPC can assist you in identifying and prescribing items that are needed. We can help you understand the CDC recommendations, and order the needed medications.
What is the Wellness Plan? YPC will work with each patient who would like a wellness plan. It will contain detailed descriptions of what items an individual can do to improve their health and longevity. We will work with the patient to outline good health goals and how best to achieve them. An individual wellness plan will be available to all our members and will be provided at no charge to our platinum plan members.
Does YPC have the expertise to help me with Nutrition and/or Diabetic care? YPC has individuals on staff that are specialist in nutrition and diabetic care.
Would YPC help visitors who are not our children or grandchildren? Yes, we have and will continue to provide help to house guest of our Platinum Plan members at a very reasonable charge.
If I have children living at home, are they covered? We have a family option for each of our care plans. Children up to age of 18 and students to age of 26 while living at home are covered by our family plans.
