- Initial home visit for medical assessment and wellness check.
- Unlimited phone calls (during regular business hours 8am-6pm).
- Unlimited serious illness phone calls (until 11pm).
- Unlimited medically necessary home visits.
- Pre-surgical clearance.
- All other items listed under covered services.

International Plan

- The same as the Platinum plan, but for individuals who are in the US for 6months or less per year.
